Cabin Rental Fall Cancellation Policy
To hold the cabin for rental during the prime Fall months of October, November & December requires a 50% deposit for each night requested. Full payment for all nights reserved is due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable $100 security deposit is also due at this time.
Payments are fully refundable if canceled 60 days or more prior to arrival. If canceled between 59 & 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit, less 10% handling fee, or apply your deposit to a future stay. If less than 30 days notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited unless the dates can be filled. In the event the dates are filled, payments may be applied to a future trip. $100 security deposit required. Fully refundable in the event nothing is damaged or broken, and no excessive cleaning is required.
Guests should purchase trip insurance to cover unexpected cancelations. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice do not qualify for a refund even if due to illness, work schedule changes or inclement weather conditions.
